RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVIN G A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO THE ECIA
URBAN GREENING
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2022, the Richmond City Council approved the FY 2022-23 ECIA Urban Greening budget; and
WHEREAS, a budget amendment is needed to transfer $ 100,000 from the fund balance to the ECIA Urban Greening budget for the Groundwork Richmond contract; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Richmond, California does hereby approve that the ECIA Urban Greening budget for FY 2022-23 be amended to reflect the transfer from the fund balance.
