REASONS FOR INTEREST IN APPOINTMENT:
My interest in Richmond Public library Commission is my background; I work with youth in inner cities. As a Richmond resident, know the importance of the public library, It creates a safe place for youth who want to explore out of their environment through literature. The library is a vital resource to the community, for the resources it provides its community, from a quiet place to study, to use the internet, and to check out library books.
FRATERNAL AND/OR CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS:
I am part of the Adult Leadership Program hosted by YES Nature to Neighborhoods, a non-profit organization that supports Richmond residents with receiving exposure to nature. Tam an SSC member at Caliber Beta Academy. I attended and participated in WCCUSD School Board meetings and Richmond and San Pablo Citv Council meetinas. Tam also part of Puente mentorship proaram:
