Subject: Amend the Port of Richmond Terminal Tariff FMC No. 3 implementing 2% increase
Proposal: The City of Richmond operates various terminal facilities at the Port of Richmond it is desirable to amend the Port of Richmond Terminal Tariff FMC No. 3 by implementing a 2% tariff annual rate increase (General Rate Increase).
Justification: This tariff amendment attracts new business opportunities and keeps the Port of Richmond competitive in the market.
