STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Councilmember Jimenez has requested an update from
the West County Wastewater District.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: RECEIVE an update on the West County Wastewater District – Councilmember Claudia Jimenez (510-620-
6565).
DISCUSSION:
Councilmember Jimenez has requested an update from the West County Wastewater District, including information on the EBMUD Blue Pipeline Project.
As one of the wastewater agencies providing service to Richmond residents, West County Wastewater (WCW) is providing an update on some of the significant WCW projects taking place in the City of Richmond.

Staff from West County Wastewater will give a presentation on some of WCW’s Capital Projects including the Clean & Green Project, and the Lakeside and Hilltop Green Force Main Projects. Staff will also provide a brief overview of WCW and answer any questions about the work and projects.
