1. Please state why are interested in serving as a member of the Oversight Board* As a young person who grew up in Richmond, I know where resources for youth are lacking. I hear the concerns of the youth who I work with, and where they feel they would like more support from their city. Back when Measures E & K were just being petitioned for to get on the ballot, I remember working with RYSE youth who were so passionate about having more funding towards youth resources for libraries, mental health counseling, and outdoor activities. I owe it to the young people of Richmond who are just like me to be their voice.

2. Please state your vision for youth in Richmond*
I envision a Richmond where youth can thrive and are involved in community decisions. These youth have access to mental health counseling, college & career counseling, and healthy activities both indoors and outdoors. These youth do not feel weighed down by lack of funding and inequity. In this vision, Richmond city conversations are opened up to the youth regarding funding and other things that directly affect them, because the city cares about what the youth have to say. In this vision, youth priorities are not put on the back burner and are instead prioritized first.

3. According to Measure E, below are eligible uses for the Richmond Fund for Children and Youth. If -applicable, please mark one or more of the areas below that you have expertise or work/volunteer experience in:
