Leah Marthinsen is applying for Seat #2 on the Design
Review Board, left vacant after the previous volunteer
resigned.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Leah Marthinsen, Design Review Board, Seat #2, Unexpired Term Expires March 17, 2023 - Mayor’s
Office (Mayor Tom Butt 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Leah Marthinsen is an architect and project manager at Harley Ellis Devereaux. In their professional career, Leah focuses on projects that serve the public, from schools to community centers, to parks. Leah has seen directly how good design can contribute AGENDA

meaningfully to the success of these projects, whether large or small, and the Design Review Board process is a big part of that. Leah would like to contribute to the community that they live in.
