Dear Shasa Curl,
Please accept this as official notification that a grant award to your organization in the amount of $6,000,000 was approved by the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) at its meeting on June 9, 2022.
We are working to finalize a grant agreement and contract to be forwarded to you shortly, however, before BSCC can finalize your grant agreement we need the following information.
1. CalVIP grantees have the option of being paid either monthly or quarterly in arrears by submitting invoices to the BSCC that outlines actual expenditures claimed for the invoicing period. In either case, the grantee has 45 days from the end of the reporting period to submit the invoice. Please reply to this email indicating your preference for either MONTHLY or QUARTERLY invoicing.
2. The BSCC will need to know the staff assigned to the CalVIP project. Please complete and submit the attached Grantee Contact Information Sheet to the CalVIP inbox at [email protected].
As you know, the CalVIP grant period begins on July 1, 2022. In light of this very tight timeline, we ask that you respond regarding invoicing and provide the attached Grantee Contact Information Form as soon as possible but no later than COB Monday, June 13, 2022.
Sincerely,
Katrina Jackson, Field Representative
