Fleet Maintenance is requesting your approval to purchase nine (9) 2023 Ford Super Duty F350 DRW with 12' Flatbed trucks from National Auto Fleet Group in an amount not to exceed $710,000 using the publicly solicited and awarded Sourcewell Contract 091521-NAF
A Sourcewell piggybackable contract with National Auto Fleet Group is in place through November 8, 2025.
There are no local manufacturers of Ford Super Duty F350 DRW with 12' Flatbed trucks.
Attached is the proof of national solicitation by Sourcewell.
There are no other national purchasing contracts in place for Ford Super Duty F350 DRW with 12' Flatbeds
It is in the best interests of the City to participate in this piggyback contract and obtain volume discounts through joint purchasing and to lower the transaction costs of both the City and vendor.
