The Special Meeting of the Richmond Housing Authority was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Chair Thomas K. Butt via teleconference.

Present: Commissioners Nathaniel Bates, Demnlus Johnson III, Melvin Willis, Chair Thomas K. Butt, and Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner Jaycine Scott. Absent:
Commissioners Claudia Jimenez, Gayle McLaughlin, and Vice Chair Eduardo Martinez arrived after the roll was called.

Motion by Commissioner Johnson III
Seconded by Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner Scott To approve all items on the Housing Authority Consent Calendar.
Ayes (8): Commissioners Bates, Jimenez, Johnson III, McLaughlin, Willis, Vice Chair Martinez, Chair Butt, and Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner Scott Passed (8 to 0)
K.1 Continued use of teleconference technology
ADOPT a resolution requiring the continued use of teleconferencing for the meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Richmond Housing Authority pursuant to the provisions of AB 361 – City Clerk’s Office (Pamela Christian 510-620-6513).
