Fleet Maintenance is requesting your approval to purchase a specialized bucket truck for the electrical division in an amount not to exceed $279,400 using the publicly solicited and awarded Sourcewell Contract 110421

A Sourcewell piggybackable contract with National Auto Fleet Group is in place through December 27, 2025.
There are no local manufacturers for this specialized product.
Attached is the proof of national solicitation by Sourcewell.
It is in the best interests of the City to participate in this piggyback contract and obtain volume discounts through joint purchasing and to lower the transaction costs of both the City and vendor.
