Samantha Torres is applying for a vacant seat on the
Recreation and Parks Commission.

Samantha Torres is a teacher at the West Contra Costa Unified School District (WCCUSD) who has been involved with the Chemtrade Community Advisory Panel, AGENDA

WCCUSD’s 7-11 Committee, and the Richmond United Soccer Club Board. As a mother and youth soccer coach, Samantha wants to participate in planning and directing public resources in enhancing the quality of life of residents through safe parks, quality recreation programs, and equitable usage of facilities and recreation and parks resources.
