I. ADJOURNMENT
City Attorney Dave Aleshire proposed the following options concerning Item G-1 that failed to pass by a majority vote: reconsider the council's action; continue the meeting until later in the day when there may have been a fuller council in attendance; or call for a special meeting for January 10, 2023, with a fuller council in attendance. Discussion ensued. Mr. Aleshire advised that the mayor could call for a special meeting or four councilmembers would need to agree in writing to a date and time for a special meeting.
Mayor Butt recommended four councilmembers get together and call for a special meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:32 a.m.
