Ductwork. This new ductwork will be either TDC or ductmate, properly sealed and lined. We will include Bay City Mechanical Service LIC is pleased to offer this proposal for the replacement of the Rooftop new flashings and new sleeper caps.
Scope of Wor
The two units will be removed and replaced by others and then we will follow up by replacing the exposed rooftop ductwork. This work will include new flex connectors at each of the units, then installing galvanized sheetmetal (GSM) ductwork. All work is on straight time M-F Pricing:

Measure up, local shop fabrication of ductwork
• GSM ductwork with 2" liner
• All joints to be properly sealed
• New GSM caps at all supports
•New GSM flashings at all roof penetrations
New volume dampers at all existing locations
Small rig to get ductwork down and new ductwork up

• Recycling of existing ductwork
• One-year parts and labor warranty, Sales tax, straight time labor • Equipment installation, start up, warranty
• Any work not included above ox any work outside the identified area of work.
Overtime and premium time.
Meeting any LEED requirements, TAB work, fire alarm work • Third party testing or a 3rd Party Commissioning Agent. • Material escalation.
• Obtaining permits, plans, payment of any fees, bonds, permits, assessments, etc. • This proposal is based upon a mutually agreeable contract, schedule, and 5% retention • Payment terms are net 30 days
• Our proposal is based on a work schedule of roughly 1 weeks).
