The believe the city of Richmond has been making great progress toward improving public safety. I have talked about public safety exhaustively with the public and I know that change is needed. I have experience working on human rights and social justice issues locally and around the state. The city needs public safety that is outcome based and serves to not criminalize people over more humane solutions.
