AGENDA
REPORT
February 28, 2023
DISCUSSION:
The Employment & Training Division was awarded $1,900,000 through a competitive grant from the Department of Labor for a YouthBUILD grant. Employment and Training used Bids Online to solicit the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for t-shirts, and other clothing apparel for Richmond YouthBUILD. Alliance Graphics was the only response for the RFQ. Through Bids Online, Alliance Graphics was selected to provide the requested service.
City staff recommends approving a contract with Alliance Graphics to provide t-shirts, sweatshirts, beanies, and other graphic art products in the amount not to exceed $40,000 from February 28, 2023 through June 30, 2025.
