RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA ORDERING PREPARATION OF AN ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 REGARDING IMPROVEMENTS AND COSTS FOR THE
HILLTOP LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, by Resolution Number 91-98 dated June 23, 1998, the City Council of the City of Richmond established for the Hilltop Landscape Maintenance Assessment District rates assessment and authorized annual increases thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richmond now wishes to determine whether the rates of assessment for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The Engineer shall prepare a report that describes any proposed new improvements or any substantial changes in existing improvements.
(2) The Engineer shall file the report with the City Clerk for consideration by the City Council.
