For your review and approval, please see the requests for out of state travel to the Tyler Technologies Connect23 Conference, May 7 through10, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas, for both Sandi Wong and Randall Narron.
This event will give staff a unique opportunity to discover new ways to boost their productivity and improve their services by making full use of the City of Richmond's Tyler Munis, Socrata and MyCivic products. Not only will staff be able to interact with and learn directly from Tyler Technologies' staff, but the conference will also allow them to network with industry peers from across the country to exchange ideas, insights, best practices, and solutions to make better use of the City of Richmond's technology investment in their daily work.
Additional benefits of attending this educational event include:
