Scope of Services
In general, the work to be performed includes the demolition of a wharf and warehouse as well as bank restoration.

This work includes, but is not limited to the following: compliance with State and Federal regulatory agency permits; preparation and implementation of a SWPPP; installation of a silt curtain; bathymetric surveys; clearing and grubbing; removal and disposal of wood, concrete, and steel both above and underwater; removal and disposal of piles of various types; management and disposal of hazardous materials; earthwork; placement of rock slope protection and all other work as shown on the Plans, as called for in the Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer.

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding bid documents, construction plans, and specications must be submitted via the bids online system no later than 5:00 pm, Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Questions will be answered in a written response and will be available to bidders on the City’s website at www.ci.richmond.ca.us/bids no later than three (3) working days prior to the bid opening.
