RE: 2400 NEVIN ISOLATION VALVES REPLACEMENT

Dear Gabino,

The following proposal is for replacing the isolati on valves for the inlet of the boiler pumps and the triple duty valves that have failed. We tried to replace the boiler pumps and found that the valves will not seat, preventing us from replacing the boiler pumps at 24 00 Nevin Avenue as contracted.
