APPOINT Arleide Da Silva Santos to the Richmond Arts

DISCUSSION:
Arleide currently works as a Richmond Greenway Community Organizer where she coordinates programing for Richmond residents. She has led neighborhood improvement campaigns and has experience in community outreach. Her work with AGENDA
