RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AND THE CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE
MASTER AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS, FUND EXCHANGE
AGREEMENTS, AND/OR FUND TRANSFER AGREEMENTS AND ANY AMENDMENTS
THERETO WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION _______________________________________________________________________________
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond is eligible to receive federal and/or state funding for certain transportation projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to authorize the Public Works Director and the City Engineer to execute these agreements and any amendments thereto; and
NOW, TIIEREFORE·BE IT RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director and the City Engineer are authorized to execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements, and any amendments thereto with the California Department of Transportation.
