To approve all items on the Housing Authority Consent Calendar excluding Item K.2.

K.1 Contract Amendment With Intergraded Security Management Group For Security Services
ADOPT a resolution approving a fourth contract amendment with Intergraded Security Management Group (ISMG) for security services at Nevin Plaza, in the amount of $211,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,389,511 - Richmond Housing Authority (Gabino Arredondo 510-620-6606).

ADOPT a resolution approving the Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations 200 Compliant Version Cost Allocation Plan - Richmond Housing Authority/Finance Department (Gabino Arredondo 510-620-6606/ Rita Martinez 510-621-1546).
Interim Housing Authority Director Gabino Arredondo introduced the item. Mr.
Arredondo and Deputy Director of Finance Mubeen Qader presented a PowerPoint highlighting the following: Richmond Housing Authority Cost

To approve the staff recommendation with the stipulation that the action taken is only for the Richmond Housing Authority.
