A. Scope of Work:
Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, surface inspection, adjacent surface protection, surface preparation, all necessary equipment and supplies to removal of existing carpet, cover base, and installation of new carpet tile, cover base and related accessories. The estimate area of carpet removal and installation is 965 square yards. Location of work includes 8 offices, 2 Conference Rooms, common hallways, walkways, about 16 stair steps (44 inches wide, 18 inches deep including bend), two landing area (about 2 yards by 3 yards) Work to be performed Special night shift & weekends. Some Furniture will need to be moved, cubicles lifted, RF will provide Assistance.
