attorney Daniel Butt. Mr. La recently lateralled to Nevers, Palazzo, Packard, Wildermuth & Wynner, PC. The City Attorney is recommending that he stay on as the lead partner at the same rate of $350 per hour. Given his vast knowledge and the expense of getting another attorney up-to-speed, the City Attorney is requesting that Mr.
La associate in as co-defense counsel with Aleshire & Wynder. It would be inefficient in time and uneconomical to switch attorneys at this point.
