RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA
REVISING THE LIST OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES FOR TRANSFER OF
FUNDS FROM THE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND TO DELETE OLD
ACCOUNT SIGNERS AND TO DESIGNATE THE CURRENT AUTHORIZED
SIGNERS IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond is required to maintain and periodically update the List of Authorized Signatures of city employees authorized to make deposits or withdrawals of money in the Local Agency Investment Fund; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the February 7, 2023, Council adoption of , changes to List of Authorized Signatures, the City of Richmond revised the authorization list due to several staffing changes in the Finance Department in order to make deposits or withdrawals of money in the Local Agency Investment Fund on the following account: 98-07-724.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following City of Richmond officers holding the title(s) specified herein below or their successors in office are hereby authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal of monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund and may execute and deliver any and all documents necessary or advisable in order to effectuate the purposes of this resolution and the transactions contemplated hereby:

Wynonna Perez Accountant II
Ana Angel Delgado Accounting Assistant II
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Richmond, California, hereby amends the L ist of Authorized Signatures to reflect the current staff assignments in the Finance Department.
