Amendment Specifications
In consideration for the City of Richmond (“Agency”) continuing to provide services under this Contract, the County and the Agency agree to amend the Interagency Agreement they entered into as of October 1, 2018 (Contract 49335-02) as follows:
1. Extension of Term. The termination date of this Interagency Agreement is hereby extended from September 30, 2023 to a new termination date of September 30, 2026, unless the Interagency Agreement is sooner terminated by either Party as permitted under the Interagency Agreement.
2. Payment Limit. Effective October 1, 2023 the Payment Limit of the Interagency Agreement is hereby increased by $360,000, from $475,000, to a new total Contract Payment Limit of $835,000. The Agency shall perform all services described in the original Service Plan through September 30, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $200,000. The Agency shall perform all services described in the revised Service Plan between October 1, 2020, and September 30, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $275,000. The Agency shall perform all services described in the October 2023 revised Service Plan between October 1, 2023, and September 30, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $360,000.
3. Service Plan. Effective October 1, 2023, the Revised Service Plan of the Interagency Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the October 2023 revised Service Plan (Revised Service Plan – Oct 2023), attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Except as provided for herein, all other contract terms remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
