DISCUSSION:

California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) require submission of an updated Form 130, Designation of Applicant’s Agent Resolution for Non-State Agencies. Form 130 designates individuals responsible for applying and signing for federal and state post disaster reimbursements and grants.

This form was last revised in 2020 (Resolution # 42-20) and listed the City Manager, Deputy City Manager, and Finance Director. An updated Cal OES Form 130 must now be submitted. The new form designates the City Manager, Deputy Fire Chief, and the Finance Director as the individuals responsible for applying and signing for federal and state post disaster reimbursements.
