ISSUE:
Darlene Drapkin is applying for a vacant seat on the
ECIA Transportation Oversight Committee
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPOINT Darlene Drapkin to a vacant seat on the
Environmental and Community Investment Agreement
(ECIA) Transportation Oversight Committee, Term
Expires July 25, 2026 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Darlene has previously served two terms on the Richmond Economic Development Commission where she gained knowledge and experience of our city and its programs.
Her background in business adds a unique perspective that could enhance the diversity of this commission. Finally, her involvement in the Richmond Rotary Club underscores her passion and commitment to serving the community.
