AGENDA
REPORT
January 23, 2024
The Council requested an update in 2023 but has yet to receive an update and enforcement has not resumed to date.
Many in the community are wondering why enforcement has not resumed. Answers to the following questions should be included in the report.
1. What is holding up the progress?
2. Are there enough parking enforcement officers/ employees now? If not, is there timeline to hire more parking enforcement staff?
3. Does the City have enough parking signs available?
4. Is there any issue with installing the signs in the Richmond Annex due to bedrock?
Please answer this considering that other signs are installed in the area as well as fence posts for area fences.
