Subject: Riggers Loft Painting Bid
Thank you for your bid for the Riggers Loft project. A copy of your proposal is shown below. In your proposal, the letter is listed with a unit price of “$12,000” each.
As there are seven of these letters, the bid item total should be $84,000 and not the “$12,000” listed. Thus, the total bid is $179,500 and not the “$107,500” as stated.
Please note the following as included in PP-3 of the Proposal Package.
Based on the above, the unit price for letter is $1,000 each and the total base bid value would be the stated value of $107,500. Please confirm your intent.
Also, can you confirm your contractor’s license number is 1024821 as it was not included in the proposal.
