C. CLARIFICATIONS:
1. Rosendin will obtain the IEC/IEEE 80005-1:2019+AMD1:2022+AMD2:2023 as part of the above scope. Any requirements set forth by this document beyond what can be reasonably implied by said scope - will be extra.
2. All work will be performed on straight time.
3. We reserve the right to amend the electrical subcontract by mutual agreement by both parties.
4. Rosendin is not responsible for late adds or scope revisions by others that cause Rosendin to perform additional work.
5. Current OSHA and NFPA-70E (NEC) regulations do not permit us to perform work on energized electrical systems.
6. We will use the following wiring methods:
a) PVC 80 - underground MV conduits.
b) PVC 40 – Underground conduits.
c) EMT – branch & feeder conduits exposed not subject to vehicle damage. d) RGS or IMC – branch & feeder conduits exposed to vehicle damage. e) MV Cable – 15KV AL provided
7. Bus bars in switchboards & panels and transformer windings are aluminum.
8. The current market is experiencing a high level of volatility in pricing for materials, including quoted and commodity materials. Prices are fluctuating daily, and the availability of some materials is in question. Pricing is based on current market costs and does not reflect or include any forecasted or increased tariffs, escalation and/or additional contingency costs of any kind. Substantial changes in commodities and/or manufacturing costs may be subject to request additional costs. We will re-evaluate this cost at the time of award and advise of the impact at that time.
9. Due to the volatility of the commodity market and supply chain, our pricing is only good for 30 days, and we will require a written commitment so that Rosendin can provide the same written commitment to its suppliers to hold pricing.
10. Lead times are subject to the timing of the PO issue, PO released, manufacturer load, and capabilities and can be affected throughout the submittal process.
11. Permits are by others
12. Testing and Geotechnical services by others
13. Site water to be supplied by others
14. No dewatering of trenches is included
15. Existing asphalt assumed to be no greater than 4” in depth

8. Due to the volatility of the commodity market and supply chain, our pricing is only good for 30 days, and we will require a written commitment so that Rosendin can provide the same written commitment to its suppliers to hold pricing.
9. Lead times are subject to the timing of the PO issue, PO released, manufacturer load, and capabilities and can be affected throughout the submittal process.
