Dear Ms. Velasco,
On behalf of Republic Brickyard LLC ("Applicant"), this letter serves as the formal request to withdraw the development application for the Brickyard Cove Residential project located on the northside of Brickyard Cove Road. This includes the following entitlements:
- Density Bonus Waivers
- Major Design Review
- Vesting Tentative Map
- CEQA Categorical Exemption
Additionally, the Applicant acknowledges that the Planning Commission's approval of the entitlements on March 16, 2023, is under appeal to the City Council. The Applicant has no objection to the City Council setting aside the approvals of these entitlements.
