STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Tobin Richmond is applying for position on the Richmond Arts and Culture Commission. Tobin would be filling a
term that was formerly vacated, thus he would be filling an unexpired term.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPOINT Tobin Richmond to an unexpired term in the
Richmond Arts and Culture Commission, Term Expires
June 19, 2025 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez

DISCUSSION:
Tobin, who has lived in Richmond for many years, is deeply passionate about the arts and improving his community. He contributes analytical, administrative, and office skills to the commission, enhancing its capabilities across various areas.
