The following changes are hereby made to the Contract Documents:
As directed by the Engineer in the field in November 2020, the Contractor shall complete Extra Work to investigate the source of additional pressure loss in the fire water system located south of the AWC facility within the PPMT near the General Warehouse and Riggers Loft. The Contractor shall core drill, pressurize, and use other sources to determine the location of the leak. The Port will provide the Contractor with as -built records of the area. This work shall be completed on a time and materials ba sis. Based on t he work completed, the total lump sum value is $9,485.28 as documented in the attached. Based upon the f inal investigation, the source of the pressure loss likely originates from the Red Oak Victory.
Change to Contract Price:
Original Contract Price: $ 23,275
Current Contract Price, as adjusted by previous Change Orders: $ 136,095.8 The Contract Price due to this Change Order will be increased by: $ 9,485.28 The new Contract Price due to this Change Order will be: $ 145,581.14
Change to Contract Time:
The Contract time will be increased by fifteen (15) working days.
Approvals:
To be effective, this order must be approved by the Owner if it changes the scope or objective of the project, or as may otherwise be required under the terms of the Contract.
