STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Alice LoCicero is applying for a vacant seat on the
Community Crisis Response Program Community
Advisory Board
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
APPOINT Alice LoCicero to the Community Crisis
Response Program Advisory Board. The current term
ending on December 31, 2025, serves as a placeholder.
Terms will be established at a later date once a quorum has been appointed – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Alice LoCicero’s expertise as a clinical psychologist with crisis and disaster experience makes her an excellent fit for the Community Crisis Response Program Community AGENDA

Advisory Board. Her belief in the need for alternatives to traditional police responses aligns with the program's mission. With three years as a Richmond resident and active volunteer work in psychotherapy and community service, she brings valuable insight and leadership. Alice’s strong background, including a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and an MBA, positions her well to contribute effectively to the board's efforts.
The current term ending on December 31, 2025, serves as a placeholder. Their term will be established at a later date once a quorum has been appointed.
