RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. XX
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND TO RENAME VIRGINIA PLAYLOT TO FLORIA EVANS PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richmond as follows:
SecƟon 1. It is the intenƟon of the City Council of the City of Richmond to change the name of Virginia Playlot to Floria Evans Park
SecƟon 2. That Tuesday, Octobe r 15, 2024, at 6:30pm, or as soon thereaŌer, in the City Council Chambers of the City of Richmond, 440 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, California, is hereby fixed as the Ɵme and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecƟng to the proposed park name change.
SecƟon 3. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to (1) cause to be posted conspicuously along the secƟon of South 18
th Street at Virginia Avenue, a minimum of three (3) copies of this resoluƟon; and (2) cause to be printed and published in the West County Times, a copy of this ResoluƟon at least ten (10) days before said hearing.
