Mindy Pines is reapplying for the Richmond-Shimada
Friendship Commission
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
REAPPOINT Mindy Pines to the Richmond-Shimada
Friendship Commission with a term that expires on
January 18, 2027 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Mindy has experience of living in Japan along with serving on the Commission for a year. Mindy has shown a passion for cultural exchange and AGENDA
