John Dupin is reapplying for the Contra Costa Mosquito
and Vector Control Board Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
REAPPOINT John Dupin to the Contra Costa Mosquito
and Vector Control Board with a term that expires on
January 6, 2029 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo

DISCUSSION: John has served as a Richmond trustee on the Contra Costa County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board since October 2022. John brings several years of laboratory experience from his work at Rutgers University, where he AGENDA
