STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Jaycine Scott is reapplying for the Housing Advisory
Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
REAPPOINT Jaycine Scott to the Housing Advisory
Commission with a term that expires on November 1,
2026 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-
620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Jaycine has served ten years on the Housing Advisory Commission.
Jaycine brings experience, passion, and lived experience to the commission. Her AGENDA
