I have been Richmond's trustee on the Contra Costa County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board since October 2022. Ta like to continue to serve on the board both as a way of helping the city and because I worked for several years in a laboratory at Rutgers University in New Jersey that studied mosquitoes and their resistance to pesticides:While there I studied biology and entomology. tam interested in the work of the distriet, which faces nereased challenges combating invasive mosquitoes.
