ISSUE:
Bobby Winston is reapplying for the Richmond-Zhoushan
Friendship Commission
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
REAPPOINT Bobby Winston to the Richmond-Shimada
Friendship Commission with a term that expires on
December 31, 2026 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Bobby has proven to be a valuable member of the Commission in the past by bringing his knowledge of Port industries and coastal driven economics to build strong AGENDA

relationships with Richmond’s sister city Zhoushan, China. Bobby’s continued leadership in the building of cultural and business relationships will be mutually fruitful for both Richmond and Zhoushan.
