Joseph Kong is reapplying for the Richmond Zhoushan
Friendship Commission
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
REAPPOINT Joseph Kong to the Richmond-Zhoushan
Commission with a term that expires on December 31,
2026 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-
620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Since 2017, Joseph has served on the Richmond-Zhoushan Commission, where his experience and commitment to enriching cultural exchanges AGENDA
