STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Isabel C. Ramos Zaragoza is applying for a vacant seat
on the Richmond Human Rights and Human Relations
Commission. Isabel would be filling a term that was
formerly vacated; thus, she would be filling an unexpired term.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Isabel C. Ramos Zaragoza to the Richmond Human Rights and Human Relations Commission with a
term that expires March 30, 2025 - Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Isabel C. Ramos Zaragoza will graduate from San Francisco State University in 2025 with a Bachelor's in Latino/Studies and a Minor in Political Sciences.
She currently works as a bilingual administrator at an immigration services firm. Isabel's AGENDA
