ISSUE:
Rachel Lorber is reapplying to serve on the Community
Police Review Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: REAPPOINT Rachel Lorber to the Community Police Review Commission with a term that expires November
1, 2027 - Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-
620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Rachel Lorber has extensive experience and knowledge of the law. She holds a B.S. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. Additionally, Rachel also works as a Public Defender.
