BID WORKSHEET FOR BULK FUEL DELIVERY
The specifications set forth in this RFB are the specific requirements for BULK FUEL SERVICES for the City of Richmond at three (3) locations. The successful bidder shall be responsible for meeting all specifications in this bid.
During the course of any resultant contract fuel pricing shall be based upon OPIS UNBRANDED LOW for the San Francisco Bay Area, on the day of delivery. This price, plus all applicable taxes and Government fees, along with the Contractor's mark-up margin, shall be the priced billed to the City. Documentation of the OPIS . UNDERBRANDED LOW for the San Francisco Bay Area, including the date and time, shall be included with each billing submitted to the City. Per gallon mark-up margin shall be the only price used in determining the overall lowest cost to the City for bulk fuels. All delivery and freight fees must be listed on a separate line item and not included in the mark-up.
The failure of the bidder to complete the Bid Worksheet as provided will result in the rej�ction of the Bid. The vendor's bid will be for the total base amount (without taxes) that the City of Richmond will be charged as listed below:
