ISSUE:
Whitney Tipton is applying for a vacant seat on the
Richmond Rent Board.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Whitney Tipton to the Richmond Rent Board with a term that expires on March 21, 2025 – Mayor’s
Office (Mayor Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Whitney Tipton has experience both as a homeowner and a tenant. She was a long-term beneficiary of a rent-controlled unit, which played a crucial role in her AGENDA
