Xiomara Casias is applying for a vacant seat on the
Human Rights and Human Relations Commission
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT Xiomara Casias to the Human Rights and Human Relations Commission with a term that expires on
March 30, 2025 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor Eduardo
Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: Xiomara Casias is a high school student and resident of Richmond. She is eager to join the Human Rights and Human Relations Commission to represent the AGENDA
