O’Neill Fernandez is applying for a vacant seat on the
Human Rights and Human Relations Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPOINT O’Neill Fernandez to an unexpired term on the Human Rights and Human Relations Commission, with a
term ending March 30, 2025 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor
Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION: O'Neill Fernandez's experience and work with the unsheltered and housing insecure in Richmond as part of his Director of Wellness and Programs role at the Safe Organized Space, SOS Richmond. O’Neill’s experience would benefit this AGENDA
