STATEMENT OF THE
ISSUE:
Andrew Melendez’s current term expiration date on the
Community Crisis Response Program Advisory Board is
December 31, 2025, but it needs to be amended to
December 31, 2026.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: AMEND the expiration date for Andrew Melendez’s current term to the Community Crisis Response Program
Advisory Board, from December 31, 2025, to the correct
date of December 31, 2026 – Mayor’s Office (Mayor
Eduardo Martinez 510-620-6503).
DISCUSSION:
Andrew Melendez’s term expiration date for the Community Crisis Response Program Advisory Board was incorrectly listed on the agenda and approved as December 31, AGENDA

2025, at the February 25, 2025, City Council meeting. After reviewing the Community Crisis Response Program Advisory Board bylaws, it was requested that the mayor’s office amend the current term expiration to the correct date of December 31, 2026.
