We are thrilled you are joining us in The Netherlands next April! We’ll be sending out addiƟonal informaƟon to all parƟcipants later this week, which will include a booking link for the DoubleTree Hotel in Amsterdam.
Thank you submiƫng a scholarship applicaƟon for the ULI Health Leaders Network Alumni Convening. We received a significant number of applicaƟons, which has required us to look closely at our budget and available resources. We have ulƟmately expanded our budget for scholarships, but given the number of requests, we decided to slightly reduce the amount of each award to accommodate more parƟcipants.
We are pleased to share that we can offer you a scholarship of $1,250, in the form of a travel reimbursement.
We’ve cc’d our colleague Xuan Zhu on this email, who will be following up with you to ensure you’re in our system and to confirm your account details. If your account details are not in our system, Xuan will provide the necessary forms and instrucƟons we’ll need you to complete by Friday, December 13th. I will be sending instrucƟons on the informaƟon we will need from you to reimburse you the $1,250 once all Health Leaders who have been awarded a scholarship are properly set up in our system, likely the beginning of 2025. In the meanƟme, if you are purchasing your flight or prepaying for the hotel, ensure you save your receipt(s) and that the receipts have the following informaƟon on them: 1) date of purchase 2) total value paid, and 3) the last four digits of the credit card used for payment.
